By using Breylith, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Breylith provides automated status page monitoring for third-party services and custom endpoints, including automatic outage detection for Stripe, AWS, OpenAI, and 20+ other services.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and not share credentials. You must be at least 13 years old.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancel anytime. Refunds provided on a case-by-case basis.

5. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Breylith is provided 'as is.' We are not liable for damages from service interruptions, data loss, or business interruption.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these terms. You may delete your account anytime.
